Company are doing on Training business. My job scope include:

• monitoring incoming registration.
• prepare quotation and email HRD required documents.
• prepare google form link and payment link for registration.
• replying WhatApps message.
• answer incoming call.

• Co-ordination all Certified program with University such as Swinburne Sarawak and UNIMAS.
• Co-ordination and administration work for applying Master HRM students into University of Northampton (UoN), UK master program.
• Ad-hoc - example: designing brochure, assisting MD and simple IT support.

• Support US Telco (Ultra mobile) customer.
• Troubleshoot, assist customer on payment problem.
• Mandarin support.

• Support level 3 escalation case from call center.
• Email support salesperson and dealer inquiry and technical support.
• Working on excel reporting. Minimal outbound call.

• Planning, organize event such as Children camp for 3 day and 2 night camp.
• Enrolling in marketing promoting.
• Co-ordinate the event during the actual day.

• Store-keeping for new book and magazine delivery.
• Report the daily sales.
• Customer Services.

• Providing homework assist.
• Giving tuition.
• Teaching.

• Phone trouble shooting.
• Assign Technician.
• Provide information.

• Temporary teacher.
• Teaching (subject include Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Inggeris, Science and Moral).
• Ad-Hoc Activities.

• Giving appropriate consultant. Provide information like product usage are need.
• Trouble shooting through phone.
• Assign Technician.
