Pastorally, I am a housemistress of Butler Girls' Day House at MCM and I manage sixty pupils along with a deputy and five tutors; I support and guide pupils from 9 to 13 in all their pastoral and academic needs. Academically, I launched the IB Literature and Performance course four years ago with excellent results; I also teach IB Theatre. In addition, I successfully teach IGCSE English Literature, Language and Drama.
