· I am in charge of the non-English major college English teaching that includes reading, writing, listening, speaking, translation, culture, etc. I have developed English teaching curriculum for Chinese students, and participated in the textbook edit program and the college English teaching paper projects , coached students get all kinds of awards of their language studies.

· I implemented parts of the College teaching academic conference, and even gave the speech of them.

· On going to study a new way to teach language for Chinese students, and have a revolution of College class.

· I am the Chinese Guest Teacher of College Board . College Board develops and administers standardized tests and curricula used by K-12 and post-secondary education institutions to promote college-readiness and as part of the college admissions process. We have developed an international educational system and a demo for American Students to learn Chinese.

I am in charge of the eighth grade Chinese teacher which is about to teaching Chinese culture and language. I have developed Chinese teaching curriculum，Chinese classroom rules, Chinese teaching games, Chinese learning skills and Chinese test system for ILTexas Students.

· Besides Chinese teaching, I held some programmes to spread Chinese culture and let the American students experience and compare the differences and similarities between two countries. Besides these, I as well as other Chinese guest teachers held Chinese culture celebrations such as Spring Festival, Mid-Autumn Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Festival of Lanterns, and Double Seventh Festival, Which got great successfully and appreciations from school headmaster, students and parents.

· I accumulated good communication skills between parents and students, between headmaster and colleague, and I consolidate the progress of international Chinese teaching programme. I have implemented several features modules teaching under the American 5C standards, known as Standards for Foreign Language Learning in the 21st Century.

· I have significantly contributed to TPR teaching enhancements for Novice A/B students, and working with the development team to find better teaching methods to improve students’ language abilities.

· I have been involved in immersion programs identifying different language levels, such as Novice A /B, Intermediate A/B, Advanced A/B. The experience of immersion teaching method provides a model for all the foreign languages teaching.

· I have developed a game teaching for Chinese that can let students have strong learning motivations to get great outcome while using less time.

· I am in charge of high school English teaching that is ready for college. I familiar with the basic curriculum of high school, the vocabularies, the language points, the phrases, the sentences, the grammar, the structure, etc. All of them can let students absorb and use freely, especially in their daily life and oral English.

· I analysed the high school teaching and students, distributed them in different levels, and then adopt the classification teaching. At the same time, I wrote some thesis of high school English teaching and got some awards.
