• Responsibility performing and verify the following pre-installation / preparation activities prior to commencement of the work.
• Conduct rig floor JSA before installation and removal of the NRP in either online or offline job.
• Responsible to perform installation, maintenance and removal of the NRP (Non rotating protector).
• Carry out monitoring on the rig floor during drilling work, RIH and POOH.
• Responded quickly to emergency maintenance request for timely on-call support.
• Visually inspect NRP before, during and after jobs to ensure field readiness and safe operation of equipment.
• Responsible for completing jobs reports. Report detail to be comprehensive and highlight as a minimum, operation summary, equipment performance etc.
• Attending the 3rd Party Meeting at the rig with clients to discuss work issues before and after implementation, ensuring continued success in achieving the desired results. Developed strong relationships with clients.

• Involved in carrying out equipment function tested with clients and 3rd party.
• Responsible to review JHA and raise PTW as whenever high risk job required.
• Participated in workshop risk assessment and evaluate current hazard with new hazard to be included in base risk profile.
• Report any unsafe act / condition at work place.

• Conducted maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of back load equipment from rigs, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Performed diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures to find and identify root causes of mechanical issues.

• Replaced damaged, missing, or defective parts with new and refurbished components.

• Responsible to coordinate and ensuring regular preventive maintenance for base equipment like diesel generator and boat engine are perform according to schedule.
• Monitor fabrication and welding activity in base workshop and also laid-up vessels.
• Perform monthly stock inventory for any item required in workshop job scope like welding rode, gas bottle, hand tools etc.
• Performed diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures to find and identify root causes of mechanical issues.
• Completed full equipment inspections to check for leaks, damage, or other issues of concern.
• Perform workshop inspection jointly with the HSE Coordinator on monthly basis to determine gaps and also areas of improvement.
• Responsible to review JHA and raise PTW as whenever high risk job required to be carry out either in the base or on board of laid-up vessels with involvement of HSE coordinator.
• Participated in workshop risk assessment and evaluate current hazard with new hazard to be included in base risk profile.
• Arrange weekly duty rooster for workshop personnel.
• Perform daily housekeeping as per workshop practice in line with hazard identification.
