• Management Committee for Plucked String Instruments: Ensured that all plucked string instruments are in a good and safe condition,coordinated arrangements of instruments in use for different events,maintained accurate financial records of the plucked string instrument accessories,managed inventory and back stock of instrument accessories, communicated with relevant instrumental services departments and supply chain partners.
• Orchestra section leader: A chief of Ruan instrument. Supervised the playing qualities and disciplines of section member, ensure section performance. Worked with the conductor and other section leader at full and sectional rehearsals on musical technique and interpretation. Lead team to achieve Gold with Honors Award(2017) and Honour Plantinum Award(2018) in UTP-HuaZong National Music & Art Championship-Chinese Orchestra (Secondary) .
