Billing

  • To ensure the billing run for Domestic accounts based on the billing cycle are raised on a timely basis monthly.
  • To perform all the check against the billing data as per the billing check list and also other check that necessary to ensure billing is raised correctly.
  • To monitor the printing of the billing data with the printing vendor to ensure that all the bills is out for postages to customers on a timely basis.
  • To prepare data for debt recovery to be assigned to appointed Debt Recovery Agents (DCAs).
  • To analysis the feedback data submitted by the DCA upon completion of the debt recovery assignment.
  • To ensure uploading of accounts into CTOS base on the criteria set.
  • To manage, monitor and delist the Domestic accounts listed in CTOS that have no outstanding on weekly basis and as at when received updates from UOs upon settlement by customer.
  • Preparation of analysis reports for management use.

Database

• Ensuring completeness of the database for the purpose of billing.

• Verification of the updating and matching of data from Local Authorities, State Water Authorities, IST Site Team

• Handling of all adhoc assignments from Site Verification Team in ensuring the creation and maintenance of an accurate and comprehensive sewerage customer database for the purpose of timely and accurate billing of all sewerage in meeting revenue target established by IWK
