Lee Chun Chung

Pastoral & Counseling:

• Provide biblical and emotional support through one-on-one counseling, spiritual guidance, and prayer.
• Disciple individuals with unwanted same sex attractions and gender identity struggles, and other relational issues from a Christ-centered perspective.
• Represent the organization by giving talks at events, schools, and partner churches.

Program Coordination:

• Plan, coordinate, and implement support groups, workshops, training sessions, and conferences.
• Collaborate with churches and partner organizations.
• Maintain schedules, track attendance, and ensure smooth logistics for ministry programs.
• Publication of newsletters and updating the website.
• Oversees the upkeep of the library.

Student Ministry:

• Build relationships with students through regular campus presence, small groups, and one-on-one mentoring.
• Facilitate Bible studies, prayer meetings, and student-led initiatives.
• Encourage and guide students in integrating faith with life, study, and culture.

Teaching and Discipleship:

• Teach God’s Word through talks, workshops, and camps.
• Disciple student leaders to grow in character, conviction, and competence.
• Develop contextual resources to support theological reflection and spiritual formation.

Leadership Development:

• Train and coach student leaders for campus ministry leadership.
• Encourage servant-hearted and mission-minded leadership rooted in Scripture.
• Support students in initiating and sustaining ministry movements on campus.

Pastoral and Ministry Support

• Assist the pastor in shepherding the congregation through visitation, prayer, and pastoral care.
• Teach and facilitate Bible studies, discipleship groups, and Sunday School classes.
• Support youth, children’s, or other ministry groups as assigned.

Worship and Teaching

• Lead or assist in Sunday services and prayer meetings when needed.
• Preach or share devotions occasionally under the guidance of the pastor.
• Encourage members in their spiritual growth and service.

Administrative and Program Coordination

• Help coordinate church events, ministries, and outreach efforts.
• Assist with communication (e.g., bulletin, social media, announcements).
• Work with church staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operation of church programs.

Collaboration and Development

• Participate in church leadership meetings and planning.
• Maintain good relationships with GPM presbytery and wider church bodies.
• Pursue ongoing growth through training, reading, and spiritual discipline.
