• Supporting People Operations team in talent acquisition activities (Recruitment) - job posting, screening & sourcing CVs

• Update hiring tracker daily, raise laptop requests for new hires, perform reference checks for shortlisted candidates

• Responsible for an end to end recruitment process (Sourcing, Pre-Screening, Coordinating Assessments & Interviews, extend offer and maintain a relationship till the employee comes on-board

• Consistently conducted in-person interviews every Wednesday

• Building and maintain strong candidate pipeline through various channels by utilizing job portals, social media, and networking initiatives
