- In charge of 4 factory
- 1)factory 1 & 2 Do preventive maintenance on the pultration machine from 1 to 20 Checking on the hydraulic system -servicing on the pump. checking on The hydraulic hose -check if got leaking, and the motor coupling and also on Control panel -wiring, PLC program and the heater for the die head. And also, on the two clamp 1 & 2 -for cylinder, hose and hydraulic valve. Spare part update, control of the repair kit, pump piston and etc. For the factory facilities-firefighting, fire extinguisher and plumbing. My team including 2 supervisors ,1 process engineer, and 1 precommitment Officer and 8 technical people. (do weekly checking, monthly preventive maintenance)
- 2)Factory 3 Install new machine for production line -run new wiring, relocation new machine. New ELCB and NCCB. We also do preventive maintenance machine do schedule basic.
- 3)Factory 4 Running new wiring for the power point, new lighting, do new structures For the factory and install CCTV too.
