Support the work of marketing managers and executives on projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns.
· Advertising , marketing & manage company products in social media eg.FB, Wechat, Whatsapp, PM,blog etc.
· Handling customer enquiry via Social Media eg. FB, Wechat, Whatsapp, PM,blog etc.
· Liaise with customers & manage customer’s orders.
· To expand the customer base as well as to serve existing clients.
· Plan, Prepare and manage the publication and distribution of marketing materials.
· Maintain a good relationships and follow up with purchased customers / existing customers.
· Provides information by collecting , analyzing , and summarizing data and trends.
· Conducting security screening checks and ensuring the safety of the passengers while maintaining its high security standards. It is the last line of defense against potential threats - filtering out prohibited/critical items that may pose risk to the safety of passengers and aircraft.
· All duties are performed with accordance to the airport security guidelines.
· Physically check objects, persons entering the part of the airport devoted to air operation including crews, staffs and pilots.
· Monitoring X-ray machines on X-Ray screening of check in luggage.
· Handling all passengers’ inquiries.
· Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
· Lead and supervise team to ensure all doing work correctly.
· Performed 12 hours rotational shift work.
· Process and maintain data for corporate clients to ensure claims are processed in a timely manner.
· Process and adjudicate medical receipts using web-based portal
· Preparation of settlement letters to be mailed out to members
· Handle email enquiries from service providers, Corporate Clients and employees
· Keying in of claim information into the system
· Attend to claims investigation and provide findings/chronological updates
· Timely follow-up & follow-up on pending cases for proper closure
· Ensure proper implementation of the reporting system at its head/main/branch offices
· Be the resident expert in his Bank institution to whom the staff shall refer for clarification on the reporting system. In the event that the Statistical Officer is unable to do.
· Answer the queries raised, he shall contact the Bank for assistance
