In my role as the Head of the Department of International Sales at Stream-Environment, a leading Design & Build firm specializing in automated waste collection systems (AWCS/PWCS). Central to my responsibilities is to analysis and categorization of tasks delegated by the General Manager and CEO. This involves a strategic approach to cost management, where I study each task to ensure optimal expense handling. Equally critical is the preparation of comprehensive project documentation. From costing, quotation, breakdown, schedules, shop drawings to Methods of Statement (MOS), Bill of Materials (BOM) lists, and Operation Maintenance. Each document is crafted with precision to meet project-specific requirements and uphold our contractual obligations. My journey has been marked by significant periods of independent project management, notably in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and Australia. These experiences required me to operate autonomously, making critical decisions and overcoming challenges without immediate colleague support. Despite the initial hurdles, these opportunities for independent work have been defining moments in my career, fostering resilience and sharpening my problem-solving abilities. My role extends to driving international sales initiatives that bolster Stream-Environment's global market presence. Additionally, my involvement in marketing strategies has strengthened our brand visibility and market positioning, reinforcing our leadership in the automated waste collection systems sector. Looking ahead, I remain dedicated to advancing Stream-Environment's mission through innovative solutions, meticulous project execution, and strategic market expansion.
