- Started scope as a Project Engineer who involved in the troubleshooting, design, and build automation control panel for water pumps, air conditioning system (AHU), industrial process such as motor control. The design scope involved hard wiring, relay control, programmable logic controller (PLC), human machine interface (HMI), analogue and digital sensors and variable frequency drive (VFD).
- Started scope as an Energy Auditor since 2021 and perform ASHRAE Level 2 detailed energy audit for commercial building such as shopping mall, universities, and office tower. The audited electrical system involved centralized air conditioning system like water-cooled chiller plant, water pump system, lighting system, vertical transportation system, and air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system.
- Being promoted as Senior Energy Auditor in year 2024, as of to date, total 27 buildings audited covering shopping mall, office tower, university, industrial production plant, data centre, and hotel. The energy audit scope involved multiple instrumentation such as energy data logger for power data logging, ultrasonic flowmeter for chilled water system to determine the heat rejection from the system, acoustic camera for compressed air leak detection, indoor air quality sensor (temperature, humidity and CO2), thermal imaging (cooling or heating element), motor vibration test (determine the health status of induction motor)
