My name is Lalitha Devi and currently residing in Malaysia and I am interested with the Care Assistant/Home Support Worker position.


My current position is a Bank Officer in one of the International bank in Malaysia with more than 20 years working experience. However, currently I'm looking to change my job function into serving elderly people since I'm really passionate into caring for them.


I am very caring person, loved to be with someone who really need my help in terms of giving them my love and care and helping them with all their daily chores.

I'm also looking into to retire from my banking job since I would like to have a work life balance so that I can spend more time with my family.


Since I'm a newly fresh graduate on the Caregiver Certification and I may not have all the experience you would prefer, but I believe that my enthusiasm and willingness to learn make me a strong candidate. I truly believe, that it's not the years that I measure that experience with, but the people I came across and managed to help.


I’m motivated to transition into a Care Giver in order to continue challenging myself and have a passionate towards all the old age people. I


I have the capabilities to be able to quickly grasp a new concepts and who has a strong interpersonal skills and a positive work ethic

Thus, I strongly believe that I would be the right choice to care for the elderly people out there.
