All scope of work, technical specification and drawing are to well defined to avoid any non-conformance of work and caused variation order at later stage
Preparation of technical proposal for tender submission, which comprises of work method of statement, organization chart, project schedule and etc
To manage and lead a team of technicians and sub-contractor
To plan, control and implement projects within the cost, time frame and quality
Assist in preparation of quotations and tender
Liaising with customer to ensure that the project meets required specification
