  • Responsible for setting up, maintaining, updating, reviewing and upgrading of Historical records for all quotations, pricing, cost matters, pricing/cost changes revisions.

  • Order Processing
  • 1. Upon received PO
  • Acknowledge receipt to customer within 24 hours.
  • Review accuracy of PO pricing to latest revision, availability of materials and line capacity to meet the delivery date.
  • Once all above confirmed, PM to confirm acceptance of PO to customer within 3 working days of receipt of PO.
  • Escalate within 24 hours to BUH/Management, if PO cannot be accepted.
  • Forward immediately accepted PO to Planning Dept. for further actions.
