• Monitor and analyze cloud system performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement cloud security policies and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to cloud infrastructure

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for our cloud computing infrastructure
• Conduct regular maintenance activities on our servers, network equipment, and storage devices
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact system availability
• Collaborate with the operations team to plan and implement maintenance activities that minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted service to our clients
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and system performance metrics
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve system performance and reliability
• Maintain inventory of all equipment and spare parts necessary for preventive maintenance activities
• Train operations team members on preventive maintenance activities and procedures
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair services

• Assist in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for clients.

• Work with cloud engineering team members to develop cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies.

• Help automate cloud-based processes and workflows.

• Assist in the implementation of cloud security and monitoring solutions.

• Participate in the testing, debugging, and optimization of cloud-based applications.

• Document and maintain technical documentation related to cloud-based solutions.

• Work with the team to troubleshoot and resolve cloud-based issues.
