
I'm been with Cimb Bank more than 13 years. Related to call centre, customers service (inbound and outbound call) and administrative work link to AKPK accounts. Currently with Recovery pursuing bankruptcy against customers. Before I entered Cimb I went thorough GEMS programme for 1 year and had placement in Sirim QAS. I'm with the corporate Dept handling event management. I'm known as passionate person when come to work and target oriented person. I have advanced by years when come to simplifying work and had speeding knowledge when comes to introduction of new system.
