Project : GEMS application is used by the Bank Employees to manage the corporate client enquiries. This application involves the receiving the client emails and processing it and replying back to the client with the business automation.

Responsibilities :

• Implemented Agile / Scrum Methodology and participated in development & conversion of business requirements into Jira/ADO stories.
• Involved in Pega upgrade activities from Pega 7.2.2 to Pega23.
• Worked on version PEGA 7.2.2 & Pega23
• Worked with Business Leads, and Business Analysts to define business requirements and developing them.
• Integrated with external systems to retrieve or send data using Connect SQL, Connect Rest, Service Rest & Email Listeners.
• Implementation of different types of agents & Job Schedulers.
• Worked on PRPC User Interface development, Sections, Harnesses, Flow Actions developing web-based UI's.
• Designed and developed of Data Model, Class structure, Organization's structure, Access Group, UI properties, Rule sets and versions.
• Responsible for supporting Production Deployments on need to basis, environment build and support.
• Created Process flows and Properties based on requirements.
• Coded various PRPC activities, data transforms, flows, flow actions, assignments, declarative rules.
• Followed PEGA Guardrails in implementation of application.
• Implementation of Declarative Processing features like Expressions, OnChange etc and Decision Rules like Decision Table, Decision Tree.
• Performed unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
• Great experience in debugging application using PEGA Tracer tool, Clipboard, performance testing using PAL tool.
• Increased user satisfaction by addressing and resolving production issues in timely manner.

Project : As part of CSG workflow project, we managed around 12 Pega workflow applications from multiple domains and verticals. Primary support was for CERS and GEMS applications.

CERS is a payment resolution system built on Pega Smart Investigation framework. The objective of this application is to provide a workflow capability for resolution of queries raised by the other banks. CERS receives SWIFT Message ( MT999, MT103, MT202 etc.). All the incoming messages to CERS are parsed to identify the appropriate work type. System creates the necessary work type along with tagging the available payment transaction record available

Responsibilities :
