- To ensure inventory team monitors physical housekeeping such as ensuring correct sku at correct storage area, ensuring no stock sitting at block location, ensuring all items maintaining in system.
- To compile cycle count result, put-away audit, damaged report for a month for all accounts in-charge and prepare a KPI report.
- To investigate and provide a recommendation to operation team for any KPI that did not achieve the target.
- Work closely with Operation Department on annual stock take including stock take planning, timing, process flow, requirements, manpower planning and monitor the whole process from before stock take until finalized the stock take result.
- To support project team for any new account, while migration, system go live, monitoring inventory level and provide training for OM and operation team.
