Business Partnering and Finance Management

• Strategic partner with JLL APAC Regional Finance Lead, on-site Design & Construct 'D&C' leads and functional teams in the handling of business, operational, financial decision making, risk mitigation and other financial advice.
• Ensure timely production of annual Capex budgets/quarterly forecasts for the portfolio.
• Manage daily expenditure for Capex.
• Deliver trainings to on-site D&C team to ensure finance process well implemented with no risk.
• Monitoring and review of financial KPIs.
• Support monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting and variance analysis for client requirements.

• Client Unit finance focal for NZ region and OEM business.
• Owned the full I/E of NZ region.
• Prepared and reviewed monthly NZ finance performance and forecast review deck with NZ Client Unit business leaders.
• Acting as trusted business advisor to provide business insights and recommendation to help business to achieve financial targets/milestones.

• Consolidation FA for ANZ Integrated Services (IS) accounts.
• Prepared monthly/fortnightly IS revenue assessment/forecast to be reviewed with ANZ finance director.
• Prepared regional variance analysis report, forecast bridging, and revenue coverage summary on monthly basis.
• Supported country's executives and operations leader to provide financial recommendation to improve overall financial health of the regional portfolio.
• Involved in annual budgeting cycle, weekly contract signings validation and revenue backlog certification process.

• AP consolidation FA and SG & MY FA for a global account.
  Assist in preparing monthly account performance deck in review with AP finance counterpart.
• Compiled and coordinated financial data from individual country FA to produced AP consolidated P&L for analysis and reconciliation.
• Prepared monthly AP regional hub spend (inter-company) report and forecast as well as conduct review on report analysis with AP operation team.
• Produced analysis report on overall (MtM,QtQ) based on monthly country P&L.

• Contract FAs covering multiple accounts and geographies (GCG, ANZ, ASN)
• Prepared and submitted reports and monthly financial statements for strategic outsourcing contracts.
• Interlocked with line management in the business units and geographies for forecast review, roadmap build up, spend request and Capex validation.
