- Follow up-to-date SOPs and direct superior’s instructions of daily inbound and outbound inventory management activities.
- Manage, edit, update, and supervise team members to follow up-to-date SOPs, safety requirements, 5s and company regulations.
- Ensure team members are passed down with new process and be competent to perform job requirements.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on warehouse activities accurately and timely.

- Inventory management reconcile report, perform Cycle-count quarterly.
- Edit, modify & strictly follow SOP to understand process thoroughly and ensure daily task to comply with SOP.
- Support internal & external audit by preparing necessary documents.
- Support to identify & draft A3 as well as contributing ideas and solutions for corrective action or lean working process.
- Support to train the assigned fields and record.
- Cycle count participant.
- Support on PR and proceed payment process.
