  • 2004 - managed to be one of the top collector although just a short working period with Citi.
  • 2008 - studied and implemented a semi-automated financial reporting system for Trustees business using Excel.
  • 2010 - introduced & revamped TW outgoing team's holiday planner, new interface and experience with slight automation.
  • 2011 - further explored and introduced Macro on Taiwan outgoing team's daily volume reconciliation worksheet using Excel, hence reduce time spent in this task by approx 15min per day.
  • 2011 - produced a presentation slide via PowerPoint which looks almost like utilizing Flash/Movie Maker. Won many praises from Seniors who attended the convention in NY.
  • 2012 - took over Asia Region's (17 countries) MIFT reporting task, studied the stats and re validated entries provided by country Ops. Revamped the whole MIFT reporting interface and broadcasting involving Macro.
  • 2013 - introduced the first interactive-able volume stats for Seniors in the team.
  • 2014 - re-engineered entire processing team's volume reporting framework via Macro. As a result, reduced time used to perform this task for approx. 40 min per task.
  • 2014 - 1st achiever in the team to obtain Individual SPOT Award, TEAM Excellence Award winner for 2014 for migration project done.
  • 2015 - re engineered Corr Bank charges working file for Regional Incoming team via Macro. Able to reduce approx. 30min per week spent on this task.
  • 2015 - managed to reduced turnaround time & FTE for statements to be released thru automation.
  • 2016 - Completed AU NZ Cash migration from Dalian to Malaysia & handling a new team.
  • 2016 - Employee of the Quarter (4Q2016).
  • 2017 – Individual spot award winner for excellent services provided to the Implementation.
  • 2018 - Worked on the migration & stabilizing of SG & TW team.
  • 2019 - built an inclusive culture, matured & stabled AU NZ Cash team with highest productivity and zero staff turnaround in entire CTSM Cash team with lowest Profit and Loss & defects rate.
