- Handling the spare parts operation for JMC, GAC & GAC AION vehicles.

- Ensure inventory is sufficient for supply, monitoring the stock level regularly.

- Perform spare parts purchasing/ importation from various suppliers.

- Attend to any enquiries from workshops or walk in customers such as parts sale, parts availability and also parts quality issue.

- Calculate & analyze the parts pricing when creating new part or performing price revision.

- Request quotation from any new local suppliers or negotiate new pricing with all suppliers.

- Assisting the Aftersales Manager in the service center daily operation.

- Take charge on various issues involving customers, quality of work & services as well as team morale.

- Perform various tasks in the department such as service advisor, job controller, spare parts and also customer service.

- Perform various maintenances, services, general repairs, inspections as well as diagnosis within the time frame given & produce good quality work.

- Guide Junior Technicians with their job when required.

- Attend training at Toyota HQ when required.
