• Processing student insurances from applying new insurance, maintain active accounts and renewals
• Liaising with the government representative body (EMGS) on all international student accounts.

• Implement, coordinate, directs and maintains Foundation scholarship program
• Plan, manage and administer scholarship applications yearly - Online applications, shortlisting, interviews and organizing the scholarship awards ceremony.
• ROAR community center - Writing proposals for grants, liaising with different potential service providers, participating in discussions.
• Social media management - Hong Leong Scholar’s club, Hong Leong Foundation, MCII.
• Successfully secured corporate grant from Think City via Hong Leong foundation by proposal preparation; aligning Hong Leong premise to sponsor’s values and mission to be a sustainable and green building. Hong Leong Foundation currently occupies the said premise.

• Conduct Cultural Orientation Training for adults, youth and children who are heading to the United States.

• Able to work with various ethnicity i.e. interpreters, childcare providers
• Assist with hiring, training and supervision of interpreters and other incentive workers
• Keep track of accurate admin records such as attendance and reimbursements
• Learning about the different ethnicities that Cultural Orientation has been provided to

• Supervising students on their daily academic progress as well as building their character
• These are children between the ages of 8 - 16 years old.
• Organizing field trips and sport activities
• Facilitating a group of students at the annual camp
• Writing, compiling and arranging the music, base storyline and choreography for the annual musical

• Dealing with different Trust products to cater to the client’s needs (e.g. Insurance Trust, Declaration of Trusts)
• Dealing with Insurance companies
• Providing clients with information about the different Trust products over the phone
• Meeting with clients who are potentially interest in creating a Trust Fund for their family
• Listening to their family’s scenarios, finding the most suitable Trust product to fit their scenario and modifying the product if it was necessary
• Resolving clients’ complaints or queries swiftly by personally advocating on their behalf but also redirecting their inquiries towards the appropriate channels if necessary.
