• Working closely with Operations Engineer to track facility service hours, equivalent starts and other operating parameters to regularly update Major Maintenance Inspection
• Assist Plant Manager in developing annual maintenance budgets, Capex and Opex
• Proficiently utilize CMMS to schedule work, prioritize work orders, maintain inventory, and procure parts and materials
• Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for maintenance team to ensure appropriate skill sets are maintained and personnel are qualified
• Lead in investigation of plant problems, incidents, accidents, and unusual events, and provide analyses, recommendations, reports, and appropriate follow-up plans
• As assigned, conduct inspections of boilers, pressure vessels, turbine, generator, and auxiliary equipment during forced and annual outages
• To lead and schedule outage, plant shutdown including preparing budget
• To organize and manage Operations team to ensure plant is running in good condition without any breakdown.

• Support project director on daily coordination activities
• Manage and lead technical, safety policy to construction team and contract workers.
• To set up processes on-site so that there is robust system on-site to manage RFI's, construction sign-off, site records, site reports, non-conformances, defects, testing and commissioning
• Comment on Contractors' plans for logistics, construction method and sequence, approvals, mock-ups, samples, site tests, weather records, testing and commissioning
• To review Contractors' master and subprograms and provide updates on critical issues during site meetings
• Liaise with construction professionals before construction work started
• Check that Contractors have necessary government and statutory approvals prior to construction and as required during course of construction
• To undertake daily and regular site walk rounds and inspections
• Monitor progress on site for construction and installation
• Coordinate production and submission of mock-ups and samples
• Manage site meeting schedule with main Contractors and vendors
• Make proposals for subcontractors and suppliers

• Advice RE of all M&E matters, prepare M&E Master Construction Schedule
