- Closely monitoring the welder’s individual performance, strictly implementing the WPS & PQR’s instructions and maintaining parameters report. Monitoring and controlling the repair percentage of each welder.
- Piping spool (CS, LTCS, SS, and DSS & CRA) Pre-Fabrication & Erection Inspection activities.
- Monitoring & witnessing NDT, PWHT & HT activities.
- Review of test package with P&ID and isometrics drawings.
- Conduct reinstatements of piping after pressure test, monitor internal cleaning, Preservation and flange management
- Spearheading entire inspection services from of various static & rotary equipment (Pressure vessel, AFC,Heat exchangers,Reactor,Furnace,Strainner,Pumps, Motors, Compressors during and after installations and assembly.
- Responsibility to prepare Job Pack as assign for static Equipments either Dosh or Non DOSH to follow all step in JMS until JIT works completed.
