Responsible for the end-to-end management of both on-premise and cloud-based services. This includes maintaining the on-premises Active Directory domain services, and the Exchange Server (along with SMTP services). Additionally, I administer a suite of M365 services, such as Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Azure cloud infrastructure. I also serve as a point of escalation for complex IT issues, providing resolution and support to various internal teams.

• In charge of Disaster Recovery infrastructure (maintain/run DR test on a yearly basis)
• Managing SAN storage (provision of new volume/handle hardware issues)
• In charge of overall virtual desktop infrastructure, provision & maintain VMware Horizon VDI
• In charge of overall VMware vSAN infrastructure; (provision datastore/hardware maintenance)
• Oversee MS Intune-SCCM operations
