  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management through monthly stock take, audits, and system reconciliation.
  • Maintain proper storage conditions and organization to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and security protocols in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Guide Logistics Team in planning and coordinating local transportation, inbound and outbound logistics, including freight forwarding, carrier and transporter selection, and route optimization.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to reduce costs.
  • Monitor shipment tracking, delivery performance, and resolve transportation issues as needed.
