- 2020-2022, Involved in managing Covid -19 cases in emergency department during peak cases, including triaging, intubation, and referring cases systematically into various departments.
- 2017, Performing CPR, intubation & ventilation of pregnant lady underwent perimortem Caesarean section (PMCS) with successful activation of code blue. The delivered newborn survive and healthy, however the mother passed away due to pneumonia after more 40 days live with tracheostomy.
- 2016, Activation of real disaster during oncall on 26 December 2016, involving an express bus from Johor Bahru to Kuala Lumpur. The bus plunged into a ravine, killing 14 peoples including three Singaporean, the bus driver and his baby. 16 others were injured and later discharged.
- 2015, Delivered multiple DC shocks more than five times to 7 years old child with VF. The initial presentation was recurrent syncopal attack with fitting-like episodes at school. Later the child was diagnosed with Long QT Syndrome.
