  • Provide support and service for the Pulp and Paper production business group.
  • Performed account payable invoice and day-to-day transaction processing to ensure quality service delivered in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness is a daily basis.

  • Guided internships and new joiners with the knowledge of invoice processing.
  • Process Vendor Mills and HQ invoices. Mills invoices often include a variety of invoice categories, such as consignment, general expenses, and so on. After two years (March 2024), I was transferred to the ATL Team to process Ocean Freight Invoices for APP.
  • Participated in the SAP system migration and upgrade to S4 HANA. We had to discuss the mapping details, including vendor codes and withholding tax codes, with the FAD team during the process.
  • Involved in the RPA automation process, which feeds data to RPA teams to decrease manual posting and uses a robot to assist the processor in processing invoices. This will reduce inaccuracies while processing invoices.
  • In addition, I am involved in the company's improvement process, which helps to give an average handling process time for all categories of invoices. This will reduce overall invoice processing time and productivity.
