- Supervised and ensured that the work performed is within company standard and safety procedures.
- Advise technician/mechanics on proper repair technique.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors for mechanical overhaul and repair works.
- Witness and certify mechanical rotating equipment repair work, i.e.
- Pump, gearbox, compressors overhaul, turbine overhaul, welding, and minor fabrication.
- Conduct on performing overhaul and maintenance on various types of pumps, gearboxes, and related spare parts or equipment.
- Conduct to perform analytical troubleshooting and prepare investigation (root cause) and technical reports.
- Involved in performed maintenance for Fire Water Pump, Crude Oil Transfer Pump, Lube Oil Pump, Diesel Transfer Pump, Closed Drain Transfer Pump, and Glycol Pump.
- Responsible to lead Service and Technical Support in the Mechanical Seal department and facility.
- Provide solution and understanding on Mechanical Seal as per API682.
