- Achieved 3 projects test and commissioning with accuracy and efficiency upon customer requirement. Which is work with some of the well known companies. Here with Perodua Malaysia, Daikin Malaysia, and Shuetz Malaysia. Nevertheless, support for the following project Proton Malaysia, Nichicon Semiconductor company and Volvo Malaysia include test and commisioning. Mostly using different types of PLC brands, which is Mitsubishi GX works2, GX Works3, Siemens TIA Portal, Omron-( Cx-Programmer, Sysmac Studio) and Allen Bradley (Rockwell studio 5000 Logix Designer) and Recently used Beckhoff for Proton Malaysia for the, Auto Car body Racking System. Other than that, also well known using some of the HMI build up softwares. Whereby, Siemens HMI (TIA Portal), Mitsubishi (GT Designer3), Omron (NB Designer, GP-Pro EX), Allen Bradley (Factory Talk). Nevertheless, also have experience on using Keyence Barcode, Sensor Configurator Tool which is, AutoId Network Navigator, AutoID Navigator. And also For Motoroller card using Easy Roll Software to manually test Run and do Configuration as well.
