- Handles aircraft disruption proactively, safely and economically, within company policy to minimize cost operating, flight delays and passenger inconveniences
- Evaluate force majeure situation through available and official sources, Typhoon and Volcanic Eruption within the affected routes and stations
- Initiate re-routes when normal routings of flights are affected which are not suitable and suggest flight postponement when safety is compromised
- Activate company disruption recovery plan and set-up rescue or relief flights as and when required
- Experience in FAR and JAR-OPS regulations
- Scheduled and Ad-hoc/Non –scheduled flights, VIP flights, route analysis, fuel management, Euro Control and ETOPS operations
- Dispatched and handled flight operation in Asia & Middle east (Delivery aircraft from LFBO)
- Flight operations system experience in SITA, Jeppesen and Navtech flight Planning
- As for flight following system, SITA, ARINC, AFTN, ACARS, MERLOT, Panasonic Airmap EFF
- Currently updating EOBT and CTOT in AIMS for A-CDM purposes.

- Amend the JEPPESEN manuals according to the last revisions issued
- Controlling the whole operation out of base
- Dispatching the following types of A/C (B747/B777/A333/200/B737-300-400/800NG).
