I began my career at Empire Sushi as a part-time employee, where I quickly adapted to the demands of a fast-paced work environment. Despite being new to the role, I developed effective communication skills that allowed me to collaborate seamlessly with supervisors and colleagues, even across language barriers. I demonstrated the ability to perform under pressure by efficiently managing multiple responsibilities, including sushi preparation, customer service, and cashier operations, all while maintaining accuracy and quality. In addition, I rapidly familiarized myself with the company’s culture and standard operating procedures, which enabled me to minimize errors and contribute to smooth daily operations.
