-Process all financial and investment request received as per stipulated requirements.( policy and investment surrender,withdrawal, policy loan and premium transfer,repay loan, wrong payment and refund via original channel, waive APL interest,DDA qc,DDA return and amend, PMR,cheque amendment,refund vitality membership, empowerment request, withdrawal fund, switching and allocation,RPQ, corporate surrender and assignee surrender , maturity and early maturity

- Ensure that timeline and objectives as agreed with superior for any other assignments/projects that may be assigned are met exceeded.

-Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational

Key responsibilities

- to ensure all detail information in relevant document matching with system(General Easy Payment, Motorcycle easy payment, Auto financing)

- to ensure monthly sales target is achieved

- to ensure safe keeping of unprocessed document and agreement

- to perform settlement report to release payment to merchant

-involved CRM Sales Claim System migration(writing test script,testing UAT,coaching)

- to propose new operation enhancement and implementation

-to ensure operational able to support new product or changes introduced by management

- to ensure the accuracy of daily reporting and deliver on time

Key responsibilities

-Verification and processing outward clearing cheque

-Individual Performance Reporting

-Host Rejected and return cheque

-Perform credit posting and GWC Gateway

- Ensure accurate and timely delivery to meet the standard time service standard

-Compliance with bank’s regulations policies

Key responsibilities

-monitoring and analyzing sales performance and merchandise mix in outlet

-Ensure the stock and merchandise are sufficient and replenish stock with necessary

-Provide excellent customer service on the selling floor

-Responsible for the outlet operational efficiency, productivity and profitability and responsible to guide and motivate subordinates

- Experienced as operational team for warehouse and KLCC bookfair
