  • Managing all aspects of the operations of the Group Company’s Institutional Trust services such as Bonds/Sukuk, Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”), Custodian/Trustee roles and Employee Share Option Scheme.
  • Prepare documentation of opening of current account, brokerage account, treasury account etc. with local and foreign licensed institutions.
  • Executing the payments based on client's instructions and place funds into permitted investment such as STMM, FD and etc.
  • Ensure that payments are allowed/stated in Trust Deed or regulatory guidelines and/or terms of the Trust. - Preparation and review of Custodian Reports, REIT Manager’s proposal, quarterly REIT return and etc.
  • Managing onboarding process such as performing KYC on new clients and creating new customer accounts.
  • Issuance of invoice and monitor ageing collection to ensure the client have timely settlement outstanding fee.
