- Monitor water treatment plants and performances such as RO plant and demineralization plant and cooling tower.
- Plan and execute media replacement for RO train, AC filter and Multimedia filter and resin replacement & lining leakage test (Holiday Test) for cation, anion and mixed-bed exchangers.
- Monitor ethylene, propylene and Mixed-C4 tank farm transferring, rundown, blending and venting operation and by-products (LCO,PFO & Slop oil) rundown and export operation
- Plan and assist in sphere tank and DOSH registered vessels preparation for DOSH CF and PMT renewal.
- Monitor spent caustic oxidation unit parameters and process units such as wet oxidation reactor and scrubber according to DOE's Environment Quality (Clean Air) Regulations 2014.
- Take care of two wastewater treatment plants and ensure effluent parameters always comply to Standard B as in DOE's Environment Quality (Industrial Effluent) Regulation 2009.
- Monitor consumption and production of complex air and gas system such as plant air, instrument air, nitrogen gas and natural gas.
- Plan maintenance 8K hours overhaul job for air reciprocating compressor.
- Plan and handle chemical import and transferring operation for Sodium Hydroxide, Sulphuric acid, Hydrochloric acid and other IETS chemicals.
- Prepare monthly production and consumption reports (steam,electricity,water,natural gas and nitrogen gas) and monthly chemical inventory report and do posting in SAP according to respective plants.
- Monitor departments documentation prior to audits.
