I ask my self , does yoga is important to our daily life? ? these questions because they go to the heart of how we think about yoga.
It’s hard to find a wellness trend in current situation. if we change our understanding of the meaning of yoga, then we will change, not only what we associate with yoga but also what we do on the mat, that’s what i explore.
before we start the class yoga master will explain about the yoga asanas and the benefit of this asanas and how to used it. he will teach the correct pose of the asanas and associate with our breathing method.( inhale and exhale).
apart form the classes that i attend i also explore thru the net and trying my self to practice at home. some asanas i will get some advise from our yoga master to improve and correct way of doing. therefore i benefit from yoga classes, and this make me to live a good life style not only physically but mentally as well to my daily routine, So i believe that yoga been a spiritual path for thousands of people over the millennia.
