• Final Assembly (FA) parts storage improvement in reducing time to get parts and reduce redundant part request, improve productivity by ~10%.
• Semi-finished boards storage improvement, from conventional racks to automated compact storage, provided an additional ~20% capacity in ~50% less space.

• Manufacturing Shift Manager at Penang & Kulim Assembly Test (PGAT & KuAT), microprocessors and chipsets manufacturing.

This ensures manufacturing resources readiness and contributes to successful commits closure.
