- Replacement of faulty casters & Torqueing or re-torqueing of bolts and nuts to specification.

- Handling SAP Inventory Management and Warehouse Management Modules associate with MS Excel and MS Access ·
- Ability read and understand applicable policy and procedure documents and technical drawings. ·
- Evaluate risks associated with minor to moderate damage to the caster fixture items with good mechanical ability and judgement.
- Identify repair solutions and assess cost/benefit. ·

- Carry out Project for equipment efficiency improvement and for better Safety features and lead for Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) project according to production area needs and design check list for PM team.
- Lead a group of technicians to attend maximum maintenance task by providing skills training program and automatically reduce vendor engagement for cost saving and plan and execute monthly and yearly shutdown to ensure smooth buy off with Production team.
- Manage new equipment purchase, lead the installation and buy-off with production team and involve with ISO Audit for maintenance team.
- Carry out related task for Operational and Maintenance of Scrubber which remove harmful acidic substance from production to environment through chimney.
- Directly involve with Operational and Maintenance of Cyclone which is removing grinding particles from polishing machine to control environmental hazard.
- DI water system management and maintenance.
