With over two decades of experience in automotive and medical device manufacturing, I have a passion for industrial technology and innovation.


My core competencies include process improvement, problem-solving, quality management, lean sigma, kaizen, IR4.0, certified NIOSH/HRDC trainer and post doctoral research.


My mission is to ensure the highest standards of quality and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) across our sites while delivering customer-centric improvement and value creation.


I lead local process teams, implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS), monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), manage budgets and audits, and foster external partnerships.


I also hold a PhD in Management of Technology, an MBA in Global Marketing, and a B.Tech in Polymer. I am fluent in English, working proficiency in Arabic, and Japanese, and have published multiple articles in international journals.
