He later took on a position as Quality Trainer for a Toyota Knowledge Development Center, which he conducted for several years. He moved on to DRB HICOM Automotive Manufacturing in Pekan as a Continuous Improvement Manager in 2014, where he spent several years.
Subsequently, he assumed a position as a Continuous Improvement Specialist and then as a Production Engineering Manager at HICOM Xinquan Sdn. bhd., Tanjung Malim in 2019. Ts. Kamal Kamarudin specializes in Quality Management, Lean manufacturing, and Training.
Since becoming a Quality Management trainer, he has conducted more than 70 training sessions covering more than 1400 participants in both manufacturing, sales, and after sales programs in the last 23 years.
