Manage and prioritize reconciliation workload to ensure deadlines for supplier payments are maintained.

Ensure data verification, reconciliation, transaction processing, business control rules and process flow activities are completed accurately, applied correctly and in sequence, as per the defined business process instructions.

Provide accurate Data Exception Reports to MAP teams to enable query management and payments to be finalized.

As Junior Analyst for Bayer SG - Pharmaceutical division:-

Manage, report and maintain control on all expenses for R&D reimbursement

Prepare & manage monthly cost center report such as monitoring the actual cost against forecasted and budgeted

Monthly review on P&I report, Marketing Internal and External spending

As logistic executive, support Pharmaceutical and Diabetic Care Business by providing high-quality, cost efficient and innovative logistics services through coordinating, interacting and communicating with various functions to ensure smooth and un-interrupted S&OP process.

Roles and responsibilities as below:-

Pro-active, constant monitoring and follow up on logistic related issues

Liaise, managed and interact with customer and distributor on all logistics related matters. Fully responsible to overseas, support and resolve all logistics related issues.

Perform order processing, invoicing, returns etc. to Distributor.

Perform and support PH and DC for month-end closing actitivities

In charge of monthly supply and demand forecast to product supply

Ensure supply have reach warehouse and deliver of goods to customers in timely manner

• Mixed icing and other toppings by reading recipes, scaling and measuring ingredients and operating mixer.
• Prepared all pastry items in accordance with standards of quality, quantity control, taste and presentation.
• Baked consistent quality items by accurately mixing and dividing
• Test run new menu every quarter and execute and roll out new menu
• Trained newly hired kitchen staff and intern to perform various preparation tasks under pressure.
