1.To ensure the smooth operation of Planning Department (Planning, Survey Section & Mapping Section)
2. To understand and disseminate latest information laws, rules and regulations set by Government departments on environmental issue to the managements, staffs and contractors.
3.To liaise with EPD on environmental issues from time to time.
4. Conduct visit and prepare environmental compliance reports in the project area.
5. To liaise with the Forestry Department related to the coupe permit, and periodic reports for the project area.
6. To prepare the Annual work Plan and Compliance Report.
7. To compile and submit the Forestry Department Quarterly Report
8. To ensure the Forest operation is in accordance to the Forest Management Plan.
9. Responsible to clean the concession boundary and dealing with Land and Survey department.
10. To prepare the Plantation Planting Program for Industrial Tree Plantation Area.
11. Responsible to prepare Comprehensive
12. Harvesting Plan (CHP) for the Natural Forest Management Area.
13. Responsible to the maps production for the Forestry and Timber Division.
14. To conduct Forest Inventory for Natural forest and Plantation area
15. Responsible to provide survey works for the Forestry and Timber Division.
16. Responsible to prepare yearly budget for the Planning Department.
1.Conducting internal audit to the plantation and provide reports on the FFB Quality Control Checking in the estate and mills.
2.To provide reports on the Pest and Disease in the estates.
3. To provide Quality Manuring Control reports in the estates
4. Provide GPS and maps service for the estates.
5. To do yearly Leaf Samplings for the estates.
