• Main key responsibility is handling technical proposals received by different vendors to upgrade Maxis Network in three different regions. This three different regions are Sabah, Sarawak and Southern region (Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Johor)
• All these technical proposals to upgrade Maxis network are submitted to the external stakeholders (a network facilities provider (NFP) that was licensed by MCMC)
• After Technical Proposal submission, I need to ensure that the approvals are given within the stipulated timeline (which is 14 days from submission)
• the submission process is either by using a system created by the NFP to simplify & enhance the submission process.
• In addition, i have also liaised with Building Management and Landlords where Maxis as a tenant for scope of access for maintenance & network upgrade.
• In order to ensure the approval process is fast & smooth i need to have a strong skills in :-

a) Relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating effective

communication across departments and teams.

b) Enhanced team productivity by streamlining communication

c) Developed and implemented strategies to increase customer

satisfaction and engagement.

d) Increased customer satisfaction by resolving complex issues

and providing exceptional service at all times.

• Handling permitting and legalizing all Maxis structures and equipments all over East Coast Region and Klang Valley region.
• Must be able to communicate well with external parties particularly Local Government, Local Authorities and MCMC.
• Must exhibit a strong personality skill in project management (primarily handling consultants and manage the submission end to end to ensure local council's approval and permit is obtained for every telecommunication structure.
• Must have a strong rapport with external parties such as Local Government, Local Authorities and MCMC in order to simplify the process of getting approvals and permits from various departments especially Local Council's Building Department
