Completed an internal project, "Weekly Report System", to record weekly reports of employees

• Assist in making sure the POS (Point of Sales) system is up and running well, and to troubleshoot any POS with issues such as network connectivity issues
• Provide support for fellow staff members like installing printer driver, troubleshooting printer issues, making sure they have access to certain public files, setting up email for new staff, network connection, etc
• Assist in making sure the servers in server rooms are up and running
• If there is an issue with the server or a down, will be rectified under the guidance of the supervisor.
