Dedicated for 8 years in the field of credit control, throughout this time, I've developed skills and expertise in managing credit risks, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining the financial stability of the organizations I've worked with. I have gained a deep understanding of financial risk assessment, credit analysis, and effective debt recovery techniques. My goal has always been to contribute to the success of the organizations I serve by optimizing cash flow, minimizing credit losses, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
· Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors
· Evaluating new credit requests and reviewing client’s company background
· Evaluating creditworthiness of clients, setting credit limits, and establishing payment terms.
· Identify potential risks associated with the project, especially those related to credit control such as defaulting clients, late payments, or financial instability of customers.
· Collaborate with various stakeholders including senior management, sales teams, finance departments, and external partners to ensure alignment of goals and smooth execution of credit control strategies within the project.
· Oversee the collections process, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue accounts and implementing appropriate escalation procedures when necessary.
· Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in credit management processes and systems.
· Maintain open and effective communication channels with all stakeholders involved in the project, for example provide regular updates on credit control performance, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback for improvement.
· Procuring fresh, high-quality fruits from reliable suppliers or markets.
· Keeping track of inventory levels to maintain freshness, and ensuring a sufficient supply of fruits.
· Develop a logistics plan to efficiently handle delivery operations.
· Understand consumer preferences, seasonal fruit availability, and market trends to maximize profit.
• Handle day to day operation of accounting and finance function
• Monitor Corporate Sales Team Aging from time to time
• Process all Customer Credit Application and control all customer credit account
• Perform checking of customer creditworthiness and current situations.
• Review customer accounts for compliance with repayment obligations.
• Obtain and review credit reports and financial statements to establish credit limits for new accounts.
• Processing and reconciliation of invoices
