  • Responsible for defining and executing strategy roadmap and deploy agility to direct Supply Chain, Operations and Information Technology within the region
  • Operate a strong and highly engage team to enable organisation sales marketing growth & profitability, products management, customers & suppliers’ engagement and foster senior management alignment with Process, System and People management.

Key Accomplishments:

  • Implementation of new product introduction process (NPI) and suppliers’ management to managed business risks assessment, compliance and increase ops efficiency.
  • Sales forecast accuracy, service level increased with inventory optimized (savings of 500k annually) through regular review of sleep products sales, shipment lead time and promotions.
  • Supported business growth through sourcing of external service providers warehousing & transportation for TAS (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia).
  • Setup Singapore first Sleep Wellness Retail Store in shopping mall and exceed first annual sales target by 67% to $2.0m (Sep’23 to Sep’24).
  • Took up management of Clinical Application Specialist and Customer Service team to support the business growth.
  • Increase of service level by 150% using LEAN methodology to eliminating waste. E.g., Authorized Service Center increase from 5 to 10 units per day, customer advance booking from 2.5 weeks to 1 week. Night sleep studies increased from 6 to 14 per night.
  • Managed RAQA team and completed SS620:2016 (2021) GDPMDS audits without findings for both TAS & EAPL, with an additional SS620 certification for the Retail Store in a shopping mall.
  • Support in product registrations with government agencies (HSA, IMDA, NEA, TFDA, MDA, IMDR) through management of suppliers to provide info/docs.
  • Implement total supply chain to authorized TAS Dealer.
