• Performed various administrative functions, including filing paperwork, delivering mail, sorting mail, office cleaning and bookkeeping.
• Monthly confirmation and extension, Payment Requisition, Final payment
• Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and update payroll information
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
• Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
• To calculate the final payment for resigned staff and ensure salary is calculated as per the Employment Act.
• To key in new staff and register on SOCSO (EIS) online website.
• To do final cross-checking with payroll listing and checking payslip during uploading
• To process payroll for contractors, part-time, outsourced & International offices (Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam & Hong Kong).
• Prepare appointment letters for new employees joining international offices.
• To process resignation letters for staff at International offices.
• To prepare statutory payments & reports for part-time staff.
• To prepare monthly HR report to be submitted to finance & hod.
• To prepare outsourcing payment reports for every month.
• To key in newly joined contractors & part-time staff into the bossnet system.
• To register new joined par time in SOCSO (EIS) online website.
• To prepare payment requisition (PR) for contractors, part-time & outsourced.
• To prepare lost consignment deduction report every month.
• To do filing of letters, statutory reports & payment requisition (PR).
• Answering any inquiries from contractor, outsource, branch & hod.
• Follow all ISO and Company’s policies and procedures.
• To handle any additional task handed by the Executive/Assistant General Manager from time to time.
