With my 8 years experience in banking, I trained mentee/new staffs by applying my products’ knowledge. I had completed Sales Manager Boot Camp in RHB Bank in which i mentor each mentees differently according to their personality profiling, experiences and knowledge level. i coach and mentor new joiners to be sales driven, achieving monthly sales target as well as updated product knowledge.
